Terms, disclaimer and privacy
Here is how Mirr works, what to expect from an audit, and how we handle your data. We keep it in plain language.

Disclaimer and about the results
Mirr measures how AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Gemini describe your brand at a given moment. We run realistic customer questions past these models, store the answers verbatim, and compute the Visibility Score as a fixed, arithmetic average of rubric scores.
AI models change constantly. The same question can give a different answer today than tomorrow. An audit is therefore a snapshot, not a guarantee and not a prediction. What AI said three months ago may have shifted by now.
AI output can vary, be incomplete or be wrong (it can hallucinate). We report what we measure, but we cannot promise specific positions, rankings or business outcomes. The advice in the report is a tool to act on, not a promise of results.
Mirr is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity or any other platform mentioned. Brand and product names belong to their respective owners.
Terms of service
Mirr by Jack is part of Jack & AI, based in Amsterdam. Company registration and VAT details to follow. Questions? Email us at info@mirrbyjack.com.
You buy one-off audits, not a subscription. The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. Purchased credits do not expire.
After payment your audit starts right away. The report usually arrives by email as a PDF within fifteen minutes. The download link is valid for seven days and you do not need an account to open it.
Not happy with your report? Let us know and we will run a free revision or redo it. We want the report to be right for you.
Because an audit is digital content that is delivered immediately, by ordering you agree that we start right away and you acknowledge that you lose the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal once the audit has started. We therefore do not give refunds after an audit has started, but we fix problems with a free revision.
Use Mirr only for a brand you own or are authorised to represent. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question, and we are not liable for decisions you make based on the report. Dutch law applies to these terms.
Privacy and data
To run an audit we process the details you enter, such as your brand name, website and email address, along with the results we generate. Your payment is handled by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
To deliver the service we use a small set of processors:
- Supabase, for hosting, database and login (EU-hosted).
- Stripe, for payment.
- Resend, for sending email.
- AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and Perplexity), where we run the prompts that include your brand name to measure what AI says about you.
What we use your data for, and your rights
We use your data to deliver your audit and to send you a few related emails, such as the confirmation after purchase and an optional check-in about three months later, when AI models may have changed again.
We do not sell your data. You have the right to access or delete your data. Email info@mirrbyjack.com and we will take care of it.
